Work: Renovate existing house (HL13-04 approved March 27) and construct addition: master bed/bath and one-car attached garage on first floor; two bedrooms, bath and media room on second floor; redesigned to comply with new massing/scale ordinance Type: addition, garage_outbuilding Staff rec: approve with conditions Discussion: Gilliam commended Walker for "a magnificent job on his design within the new amendment"; Cox said the roofline blended nicely giving "a very 'cottage' look"; the second-floor dormer sits 12-14 feet back as required.
