Work: Public hearing on application filing requirements: change the HPC application time period from two weeks to a four-week cycle matching the Planning & Zoning Commission timeline. Type: other Staff rec: Adopt the P&Z-style four-week filing timeline Discussion: With no cases filed, the workshop reviewed the 1991 ordinance, mission and commissioner duties; Wilbanks noted meeting the Design Guidelines 'does not mean it is appropriate,' and the group asked staff memos to plainly 'recommend; recommend with condition; or deny.' Outcome: approved (6-0 (Anderson left early)) — moved Margaret Telford, second Ted Ware
