Yancy Farmstead -- into two single-family lots (3R-1, 3R-2), one to be sold to Eric Legge, owner of the c.1898 Yancy Farmhouse. Type: other Staff rec: Approve (recommend forward to Planning & Zoning Commission) Discussion: Staff called the sale 'a win for historic preservation to reunite this parcel of land to the Yancy Farmstead'; Gilliam noted the lots 'were still all sizeable' for residential.
