Type: addition, garage_outbuilding, porch Staff rec: Approve with condition (building permit) -- reversed from September denial recommendation Discussion: Maykus said his plans 'had already met the requirements' of the 2013 amendments and it was not necessary to meet the Secretary of the Interior's qualifications; neighbor Laura Hoffman 'did not want Grapevine to be like Coppell with all the old homes gone'; Councilman Mike Lease said 'the process' had worked. Maykus then withdrew the application, confirmed by Chairman Gilliam. Outcome: withdrawn
