Type: designation Staff rec: Approve Discussion: Neighbor Stephanie Tamel of 416 Brewer Street supported preservation but wanted assurance any renovations, 'to include electrical work, would be permitted properly.' Outcome: approved (7-0 (Anderson arrived late)) — moved Margaret Telford, second R. Lee Derr
