Work: New screened-in porch addition and pergola on the east side of the house and screening-in of the existing open-air breezeway (landmarked property); architect Gary D. Land Type: porch, addition Staff rec: Approve with conditions (building permit; exterior materials/finishes by separate staff-approved CAs) Discussion: Klempin noted the house is near the 2013 ordinance's maximum square footage but porches don't count 'as they are not climate controlled'; Derr asked whether the exterior would be cedar or painted 'as cedar is another time period,' and Goury said his goal was to match the existing house.
