Work: Renovate the 1888 Queen Anne house (Sanguinet & Staats influence), build new second-floor attic rooms with a new dormer, a new 1 1/2-story rear addition, a new two-car detached garage, and relocate the storage shed to the rear corner; contributing structure in the College Street Residential Historic District. Type: addition, garage_outbuilding, relocation Staff rec: Approve with conditions (building permit; exterior materials, windows, doors/hardware, light fixtures and paint colors under separate CAs) Discussion: Derr asked for "the required black and white photographs" documenting existing conditions; Klempin committed to provide them for every future case. Telford confirmed garage entry from Church Street about 40 feet back; Cooper said placing the garage nearer the house "would isolate the backyard."
