Work: Renovate and build one-story rear additions (370 sq ft; total 1,964 sq ft) on the 1968 contemporary ranch built for the Carey G. Lavender family, a contributing resource in the D. E. Box Addition Historic District; part of the attached garage converted to kitchen/dining space. Type: addition Staff rec: Approve with conditions Discussion: Telford questioned converting a three-bedroom home into a two-bedroom home; the applicants "were aware and agreeable." Homeowner Deanna Goertz declined to speak and Shope welcomed her to Grapevine from Keller.
