Box Addition Historic District. Type: garage_outbuilding, addition, demolition Staff rec: approval with conditions Discussion: Commissioner Ted Ware 'recused himself by signed affidavit stating the applicant was a relative, his grandson,' with alternate Parker voting in his place.
