Work: Renovate the existing 1970 metal building (landmarked 2010, non-contributing) as the Chez Fabien Event Center, an off-site meeting/dining facility: add a window on the south wall, replace the front door with a double door, replace front windows, and enclose the mansard roof canopy to visually unify the building. Land to renovate the prefabricated building and "visually unify the building appearance." Applicant Mr. Goury was called to speak but "was not present"; the commission approved anyway.
