Type: addition, siding, windows Staff rec: Approve with conditions Discussion: Shope asked 'why the design was so modern?'; Klempin answered they were going for 'a 1970s modern industrial look' consistent with the building's era and said it fit the Design Guidelines. Cox confirmed the space was strictly back-of-house; Voelker liked the plans as presented. The Gourys were expected by phone but did not call in.
