Work: Demolish one-car detached garage/storage structure built over the rear property line and reconstruct it with salvaged wood as a workshop/storage building; renovate and widen the front porch roof with period details; construct a new two-car porte-cochere Type: demolition, garage_outbuilding, porch, new_construction Staff rec: Approve with conditions (BZA approval of the wider porch roof; building permit; exterior materials on separate CAs) Discussion: Klempin praised the owners for having 'worked hard to maintain the existing house down to the hardwood floors' of the October 2020-landmarked house.
