Highnote House and replace them with new Pella double-hung metal-clad wood windows in one-over-one configuration in the original openings Type: windows Staff rec: Approve; after the September denial the owners 'worked with Historic Preservation Staff to investigate the options' and the Pella proposal remediates the Secretary of the Interior Standards discrepancy Discussion: Staff recounted that the vinyl windows had been installed 'without obtaining the required permit' and the September denial; the November 16 resubmittal proposed Pella metal-clad wood units per plans, elevations, specification sheets and photos. It passed without questions.
