Work: Construct a new one-room 208 sq ft den addition to the rear of the existing 2,145 sq ft historic Millican House (architect Russell Moran); totals stay within the 3,400/4,100 sq ft ordinance maximums. Type: addition Staff rec: Approve with conditions (separate CA for exterior materials, paint colors, doors/hardware, windows and light fixtures; building permit required) Discussion: Meyer said the plan "was within the existing parameters to acquire additional needed space" and that the historic details of the exterior and interior "would be continued on the new addition." No other questions were raised. Outcome: approved with conditions (5-0) — moved Margaret Telford, second Chuck Voelker Conditions: All exterior materials, paint colors, doors and door hardware, windows, and exterior light fixtures to be approved on separate Certificate(s) of Appropriateness; Building permit obtained from the Building Department
