Notable

New Commissioner Theresa Myer abstained on both 609 East Worth items (she owns adjacent 603 East Worth, the January CA21-75 property). The roster's "Ashley Anderson being absent" line is struck through; December minutes formally corrected the record to show Anderson present, though the item-by-item vote lists omit her.
