Work: Renovate the historic 1954 Grapevine Post Office Building as a church community-outreach activity center: new concrete ADA ramp on east side, new wood deck adjoining the covered mail loading dock at rear, and brick bar-b-que grill with serving counter on the loading dock. Type: hardscape, porch, other Staff rec: Approve with conditions (all exterior building materials, window and storefront repairs, signage and paint colors staff-approved under a separate CA) Discussion: Deacon Darren Temple described plans for community outreach with a coffee shop 'and it will include computers for under resourced families to use.' Telford said she was 'glad to see the Historic Post Office Building repurposed to help the community'; Klempin confirmed the 1954 building is a contributing structure and the AC unit will go on the roof due to the west-side easement.
