Klempin announced the Grapevine Pattern Book was adopted by City Council into the Code of Ordinances on June 17, 2025 (Ord. 2025-034), with an HPC training session planned. Telford paid tribute to Sean Shope's 26 years on the commission and 8 years as chairman, saying he led 'with grace.' Roster changes: Ashley Anderson off the commission, Rhoda moved from alternate to full commissioner, Curtis Ratliff appointed, Michael Reeder new alternate, and Larry Oliver replaced Monica Hotelling as P&Z liaison.
