Other business: Workshop/training session on the Grapevine Pattern Book ('Principles and Standards for Residential Additions and New Builds Within the Grapevine Historic Township Boundary'), adopted to Appendix G of the Code of Ordinances on June 17, 2025 (Ord. 2025-034). Klempin introduced it (two years in the making, available online) and Hugo Gardea walked through its eight sections, including the four primary styles: Folk Victorian, Queen Anne Victorian, Arts and Crafts Bungalow, and Prairie. Commissioner Reeder asked for a list of addresses illustrating the styles. Approved minutes of the October 22, 2025 regular meeting (5-0).
Pattern Book training meeting with no CA hearings; Telford thanked McCallum, Klempin and Gardea for carrying the project to completion and adoption, calling the book 'very informative and well written.' Meeting adjourned at 6:42 p.m.
